Thanks, Tim, for establishing this avenue for Mother's family and friends to connect with her and with each other.
Today, Friday, she sat at the table and had lunch with the other residents. She did not eat much, but had some cake and juice. Then Sierra (the caregiver) and I tucked her into bed for a nap. She fell asleep very quickly.
Does anyone have a picture of the Lode school that could be emailed to me? I'd like to include it in a photostory of Mom's life. Thanks! Jane
Saturday evening, September 25: Mother had several visitors today. Rip (Hackett) rode his motorcycle from his home in the cities and visited with her for about 30 minutes this morning. Later in the afternoon, Randy, Margo, their daughter Lindsay with husband Kenny (Marispini)and daughters Mariah(3 1/2 yr), and Ella (1 1/2 yr) all dropped in! Mother stayed in bed while they visited and the little girls walked around and patted her and said Hi.
